Monochroma is the trading brand under which NFTeam s.r.o. provides design, branding and marketing services. 2. Acceptance of these Terms By accessing or using monochroma.hu (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you access it is the version that applies. Substantial changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. 3. The Site and our services The Site is provided for informational purposes — to describe our work, allow you to contact us, and to book an introductory call via Calendly. Use of the booking tool, the contact form, or any communication with us does not in itself create a contract for paid services. A binding engagement only arises once a separate written proposal or agreement is signed by both parties. We try to keep all information on the Site accurate and current, but make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or available without interruption. 4. Intellectual property Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "Monochroma" name and mark, photography, illustrations, videos, layout and source code — is owned by NFTeam s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, republish, distribute, publicly display, exploit commercially, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks shown on the Site (for example, in case studies) belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes. 5. Acceptable use When using the Site you agree not to: (a) use it in any unlawful way or in breach of these Terms; (b) interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning, security or availability of the Site; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any connected systems; (d) submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or that contains personal data of third parties you are not authorised to share; (e) use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content, beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt; or (f) introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code. 6. Links to and from other sites The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example to Calendly, our social media profiles, or partner sites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party site. Following such a link is at your own risk. You may link to monochroma.hu in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data. By using the Site you also acknowledge our processing of personal data as described there. 10. Governing law and disputes These Terms, their subject matter and formation, are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Where you are using the Site as a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. The courts of the Slovak Republic have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site.
